FAQ 
Where are we located ? We are located in the heart of Dublin City Centre adjacent to the Pro- Cathedral and just 2 minutes from O’Connell St. We’re situated right in the vicinity of Dublin’s City’s bars, restaurants, shops and clubs.
Does the hostel have a curfew? Absolutely not! You can arrive at any time and our staff will be ready to greet you at our 24 hour reception.
Is linen provided? Yes bed linen is provided free of charge. However please remember to bring your own towels.
Is breakfast included? Yes a complimentary breakfast is provided and served in the kitchen between 7.30 and 9.30 daily.
What are the check in and check out times? You can check in at any time as we are open 24 hours. Rooms are usually ready by 2.00pm , however we do have a storage room if you arrive early and wish to leave your bags until your bed is ready for you. Check out time is 10.00am on the day of departure.
Do we provide a left luggage facility? Yes we have left luggage room which is accessible at any time by request to staff . What security and safe-keeping do we offer? Access to the hostel is gained by ringing the door-bell 24 hours a day and entrance is gained by producing the hostel ID that you will receive upon arrival. We provide lockers in the bedrooms and a safety deposit facility for small items.
What methods of payment are accepted? We accept cash, credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) .To guarantee a reservation we require a deposit or credit card number.
What is your cancellation policy? For individual bookings we require 24 hours notice prior to arrival (note we require 48hrs notice during high season & weekends - special events 2 weeks notice required). For group bookings the first nights payment is required in full as a deposit this is non-refundable.
Group Bookings 1. Cancellations accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival.
2. 14 - 10 days prior - lose 20%
3. 10 - 7 days - lose 50%
4. After 7 days NO REFUND on entire booking
All cancellations must be confirmed by email. Cancellations not confirmed by email will be charged for as a no show.
Do I have to be a member? No we are an independent hostel and no membership is required.
Do we offer discounts? A 10% discount is offered for those ISIC student cardholders upon time of making bookings.This discount is subject to availability and does not apply to weekends and special events. Watch out for our special offers section.
Do I need to know anything else? Yes we require a 10.00euro deposit per person when checking in. This is for your key – lock and linen. This is refunded when items are returned on departure.
